Wow do I love the new jump path feature. No more figuring out jump paths a planet at a time by hand!

I was thinking of adding this as a feature request but figured I'd ask first: is there a better way to set the year for a campaign? For now the only way I see to do it is clicking the left arrow a whole lot (especially if someone wanted to go all the way back to the Star League era, that would be a lot of clicking).

Also, would it be possible to add an (optional) salary modifier for different officer ranks? I.e. per Mercs FMr you can use CBT:RPG rank ratings / 2.

Though it isn't clear if it is in place of the traditional 1.2 modifier or on top of that. I would think in addition to the 1.2 since otherwise a lance leader would be paid less than a non-officer. That system being  a bit odd is why I've just been using a custom system with the standard 1.2 for Lt, 2x that for Captain, 3x for Major, etc. Which still probably isn't perfect but it does make sense that higher ranked officers would be paid more (especially in large units).

  Just save your base scenario without seting the date then pop out and using edit reset the date. Takes like five seconds, its at the bottom of the first paragraph.

Be sure to do it first thing, I don't know if it will effect equipment purchasing. It would certainly cause issues with personel ages!!

Thanks, that works fine for a work around for me. However, I still think (eventually) adding a way to change the year faster in MekHQ itself would be a handy feature for most people (perhaps a way to just type the date in).

  Yeah i get what your saying and agree totaly. Im betting there are limits to the coding. after all they have the actual dates listed per how they would fall by calander year.
Im betting that restricts how they can input varriances without losing the calender encoding.

Give them time. im sure its on the to do list.

This is looking amazing, but might I request an option for being able to repair damaged weapons and equipment in the warehouse? right now damaged components are just sitting there without anything I can with them.
