This was my last save from the 01.11 vs of MekHQ and trying to transfer it to the latest 01.12 this is what i am getting?  i did all the mech transfers already so what is the issue? Nevermind figured out that i forgot one other customs folder for mechs.

You can avoid this problem by tagging your customs within MHQ. Then their readout will be saved and loaded from within the *cpnx file.
