The default singular assignment of a "Scrounge" tech leads to the over development of that tech, as there is no time impact for parts searching, only a hard count based limit. When the hard count is assigned, it rolls through any capable tech in a pre-set order. Is that alphabetical, hiring order, rank, reverse skill level?
A window or sub-tab where number of acquisition checks made this day, the skill level would be very useful.
Also if you are buying 1000 tonnes of armour, and you have acquisition rolls set to 100 then you had better have 10 techs capable of scrounging.
If you are looking to train your scrounge techs and have them gain experience, then you want your lowest skilled techs trying first.
This also leads to "If they fail", can we have a higher skilled scrounger retry (as we do for repairs)...
